Experience

Our approach comes from years of experience watching the challenges of the multicultural workplace.

Programs are developed in partnership by Mala Subramaniam and Maria Seckler, a coming together of two cultures, India and America representing years of experience in major international corporations, in market research, competitive intelligence, consulting and strategic marketing and sales experience.
